We are a healthcare technology company looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to lead our analytics stack and drive innovation in healthcare analytics. You will own the architecture decisions that keep our pipeline fast, accurate, and sustainable as data volume grows, and shape how we deliver analytics to customers through embedded dashboards and AI-powered analytics tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years owning an analytics stack end-to-end
- Strong data modeling judgment
- Genuinely curious about the business
- Communicate clearly across audiences
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards and semantic modeling layers in BI platforms
- Experience writing and optimizing models with cloud data warehouses
- Familiarity with ETL pipeline tools
- Experience with AI-powered development tools and automated insight generation
