This position is based on-site in the Greater Seattle Area.
Sono Bello® is a data-driven leader in the cosmetic surgery industry, focused on optimizing experiences that change lives, with over 100+ locations nationwide. We’re looking for a Director, Sales & Operations Planning, to lead our sales & operational planning efforts across the company. This role will be key in aligning resources to improve efficiency and maximize performance throughout the lead-to-sale and surgical process. A critical element of this role is shaping our operational plans by delivering clear, actionable plans and recommendations to executives across marketing, sales, operations and finance. This role requires strong business and financial acumen, analytical skills, and communication skills to drive decision making and strategic direction for key marketing, sales & operational resource planning and ongoing operational decisions across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning across key business areas, from marketing lead generation to sales attainment and surgical delivery.
- Develop and refine planning processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance accuracy, scalability, and operational integrity.
- Align financial and operational planning with company-wide goals, partnering closely with the CFO, CMO, and CCOs.
- Establish clear performance targets and resource allocation strategies at local, regional, and national levels.
- Executive Decision Support & Insights
- Create and present high-impact reports, dashboards, and recommendations to executive leadership, driving alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize marketing investments, sales resource deployment, and surgical capacity.
- Identify key business trends and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and maximize ROI.
- Data-Driven Analysis & Optimization
- Work with analytical teams to apply advanced techniques, including Machine Learning and Statistical Modeling, to enhance decision-making.
- Develop forecasting models and data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively across a multi-location, multi-service business.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously refine processes to improve operational outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field required.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience & Skills
- 7–10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business analytics, and investment decision-making with significant P&L impact.
- Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of P&L management, preferably in direct-to-consumer retail services.
- Proficiency in forecasting, modeling, and data visualization tools to analyze business performance effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, finance, HR).
- Proven ability to independently manage and drive complex projects while collaborating with executive leadership and field teams.
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and compelling presentations.
- Forward-thinking, results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and driving change.
Work Environment:
- This role is based at our Bellevue, WA headquarters.
- Hybrid work model – minimum of three days per week in the office.
Compensation:
At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The salary range for this role is $158,000 – $197,000 Annually + Bonus.
Compensation Range: $158,000 – $197,000 USD
Additional Bonus: $15,800 – $19,700 USD
Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future. Full-time employees may also receive benefits such as incentives, equity, health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
