The role will focus on designing and building a data analytics function, leading data-driven insights, and collaborating with Finance to enhance legal operations. This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and program management skills.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep proficiency with data analysis/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with data structures, file formats, and programming languages (SQL or Python)
- Familiarity with data management standards and compliance requirements
- Experience in legal technology, legal operations, and matrixed large legal departments
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma Project certification preferred
