Role Overview

We are looking for a Manager, Sales Development to build and lead a dedicated outbound engine that penetrates specific enterprises for SOTI. This is a net-new function that requires building the outbound sales development function from the ground up, including strategy, team structure, processes, and technology.

What You Will Do

You will build the outbound sales development function, launch and optimize the outbound model in the US, recruit and develop a high-performing team of outbound SDRs, and establish scalable operating rhythms and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an outbound sales professional
  • Demonstrated success in building and/or leading high-performing outbound SDR/BDR teams
  • Experience designing and scaling outbound sales motions
  • Strong proficiency in leveraging AI throughout the sales development workflow
  • Deep understanding of sales analytics
  • Experience selling into enterprise organizations with complex buying cycles
