The Role

As Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll:

  • Expand and implement our multi-stream revenue strategy
  • Build relationships with key organisational partners
  • Expand and implement our sponsorship and advertising approach
  • Develop our premium subscription offering
  • Lead organisational engagement and growth
  • Shape our overall commercial strategy as a key member of the founding team

This is an equity-based role with performance bonuses tied to revenue targets, ideal for someone who wants to build something meaningful while sharing in its high value reward.

Your Profile

– Proven track record of revenue generation and commercial leadership

  • Experience scaling early-stage businesses or launching new products
  • Strong understanding of subscription models and digital monetisation
  • Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities
  • Strategic mindset balanced with hands-on execution capabilities
  • Genuine passion for community impact alongside business growth
  • Based in or able to regularly commute to London
