Program Manager-People & Culture Communications (term-limited)

Program Manager-People & Culture Communications (term-limited) role at Sound Transit in Seattle, WA. Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field
• Five years of professional experience in internal communications, employee communications, or a related field, preferably supporting HR or People teams
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a demonstrated ability to make complex information feel clear and human
• Proven ability to lead a body of work, managing priorities, tracking deliverables, and maintaining quality across multiple concurrent efforts
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with experience building trust across teams and functions
• Solid understanding of HR functions, employee engagement principles, and internal communications best practices
• Experience with intranet platforms, email marketing tools, and collaboration technologies (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, UKG, etc.)
