Job Summary:

Sourcemap is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. The Revenue Operations Manager, in partnership with our VP of Revenue Operations, will be responsible for optimizing and aligning our GTM processes to maximize revenue growth and ensure operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, to develop and implement data-driven strategies that improve our go-to-market approach and drive growth. The ideal candidate will come with a passion for early-stage SaaS companies, have outstanding analytical and problem solving abilities, and will know how to deliver key insights with recommendations that translate to growth.

This role can be fully remote or have the option for flexible office presence in downtown Manhattan.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to define problems, analyze opportunities, and develop solutions that optimize the customer journey
  • Develop data-driven forecast models over demand generation, sales, and renewals, to drive performance and identify forward-looking risks and opportunities
  • Admin our go-to-market systems and tools; develop and implement processes and standards that ensure high data quality
  • Provide leadership and project management to establish/refine GTM planning and execution across the business (territory, capacity, segmentation, products, cross-selling, pricing, packaging, new markets, etc.)
  • Establish KPIs and structure for measuring key GTM initiatives
  • Support operational and executive reporting through data modeling and analysis


  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, growth, business/GTM operations, or a related field, ideally in a high-growth SaaS business
  • Experience building intuitive and actionable dashboards and data visualizations that drive business decisions and action
  • Strong Salesforce and data/BI experience required; Hubspot, Gong, Outreach, Zoominfo exposure also preferred
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and disseminate it to a diverse audience
  • A demonstrated command of key SaaS KPIs
  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment and to juggle, project manage, and prioritize multiple initiatives

Sourcemap offers a competitive compensation package based on job-related factors such as business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications. For this role, the base salary range is $100K-130K. Sourcemap offers a benefit package, including but not limited to paid time off, paid holidays, medical, dental and vision benefits, 401k.
