You’ll get the chance to support the end-end Enablement programmes for our growing Sales and Customer Success teams at SourceWhale. This role will report directly to the Head of Revenue Enablement.

Day in the life

  • Support the development of a world class onboarding programme for the Sales and Customer success teams across the UK & US
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to reps by utilising call intelligence tools and creating relevant training materials (e.g – Battle cards, Sales Playbooks)
  • Partner closely with Product to enable reps to consistently articulate our differentiators against top competitors
  • Monitor effectiveness of content and training materials whilst updating regularly to keep up with trends and business goals
  • Strongly communicate updates and share resources to internal teams
  • Partner closely with the Head of Revenue Enablement to track sales and CS performance and define goals on a quarterly basis
  • Assist with additional Enablement projects (e.g – Revenue Kick Off planning and delivery)

Who you are

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a quota carrying sales role, customer success or enablement role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate cross–functionally
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyse, track and present on data trends
  • Have an understanding of sales and customer success roles and experience creating content for employees or clients
  • Detail oriented with strong organisation and presentation skills

What sets you apart

  • Instructional design skills
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM (preferably Hubspot) and enablement tools
  • Previous experience in the SaaS industry
