Requirements
- Lead Strategic Growth: Drive HDR’s market share and revenue growth across the South Central (Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas).
- Build Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to key utilities and power developers.
- Drive Business Development: Lead major pursuits and campaigns, develop winning strategies, and guide proposal efforts that reflect deep client insight.
- Shape Market Strategy: Collaborate with market and operations leadership to define and execute regional strategic plans.
- Mentor and Train: Support the maturation of business development skills across teams, fostering a culture of client focus and strategic thinking.
- Align Resources: Ensure the right talent and expertise are matched to client needs and growth opportunities in collaboration with operational partners.
