The Billing Operations Manager leads a team of 20 employees and is responsible for overseeing billing systems and resources to ensure accurate and timely billing for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, economics, technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4-6 years of experience in accounting, customer care, or operations within utilities or similar industry
• Previous supervisory/managerial experience
