The Digital Business Operations Manager will be responsible for operationalizing eCommerce and CRM capabilities in the market, enabling customer and sales team business growth potential, and implementing new business processes to integrate evolving digital enablement capabilities. They will lead adoption and reinforcement of digital tools, processes, and capabilities, and be responsible for customer eCommerce activation and eCommerce platform adoption. The role will also analyze the business impact and commercial effectiveness of implementing digital capabilities and provide strategic recommendations to market and regional executive teams on business growth opportunities derived from CRM and eCommerce insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years experience in beverage alcohol distribution
- Understanding of B2B commerce and commercial sales processes
- Strong change management and communications skills across multiple stakeholders and functions.
- Proficient in MS Office (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Word)
