Inside Sales

Inside Sales is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, assisting with customer related issues, completing customers quotes, and providing updates on requests from the field sales team while looking for new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Provide product pricing by consulting the price matrix and other resources.
  • Provide support to outside salespeople.
  • Manage a defined territory of accounts.
  • Sales reporting via our ERP system.
  • Responsible for accurate order entry.
  • Prepare and submit oral and written customer sales quotations.
  • Resolve customer service issues.
  • Track open sales orders and customer back orders.
  • Timely follow-up to ensure timely shipment of materials and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate processing of purchase orders with other departments.
  • Continually develop sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Attain Sales Goals and Objectives.
