Inside Sales

Inside Sales is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, assisting with customer related issues, completing customers quotes, and providing updates on requests from the field sales team while looking for new sales opportunities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of inside sales or sales support experience
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly
• Fluent in English; Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
• Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
