As a Learning Data Analyst on the Southwest Airlines University Business Intelligence Team, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that shape learning strategies and improve performance across the organization.
Requirements
- Applies knowledge and Customer needs analysis to create the proper solution to meet the need
- Analyze and mitigate risk related to tools and projects
- Partners with Senior Learning Business Intelligence Analysts as necessary for project success
- Applies knowledge of data cleansing techniques and tools such as Alteryx, data visualization tools such as Tableau and other data analytics tools, to create insights to support data and visualization requests
- Provides data troubleshooting for Business Customers
