Role Overview

The Data Analyst, Mandarin Translations will be part of the Translations department within the Market Intelligence division at S&P Global. The team is responsible for delivering accurate and timely translated content to internal financial and non-financial data collection teams. The role will involve converting high-level financial documents from Mandarin to English and vice-versa, conducting research, and ensuring quality assurance.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities of the role include translating financial documents, conducting research, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of client queries, and contributing to the creation and maintenance of language glossaries and style guides.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis or translation within a financial context, proficiency in Mandarin and English, and strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial subject matter.
