About the Role
Revenue Operations sits at the centre of our sales and booking processes, playing a pivotal role in shaping how these processes should look and function.
Responsibilities and Impact
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Revenue Operations processes and collaborate with operations managers to identify, prioritize, and implement initiatives focused on lean methodologies, automation, and process optimization.
- Establish and sustain a Project Management Office (PMO) within Revenue Operations to enhance insights, track progress, and ensure accountability and responsibility.
- Oversee the reporting and analytics function within Revenue Operations.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally in Computer Science.
- A solid understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) value chain.
- Practical experience in reporting and analytics.
