- Drive integrated go-to-market planning across offerings, industries, and channels
- Own pipeline health, forecasting, and performance management
- Champion a culture of strategic selling, collaboration, and execution excellence
🎯 Who we’re looking for:
✔ 15+ years’ experience in sales leadership roles (preferably in a tech MNC, global consulting or SaaS environment)
✔ Proven ability to lead large, consultative B2B sales teams and close strategic deals
✔ Strong commercial acumen with track record in market expansion and P&L ownership
✔ A growth mindset, executive presence, and passion for client success
✔ MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
