Growth Marketing Manager (France)

Speak is a rapidly growing language learning app aiming to reinvent how people learn through AI-powered tutoring. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to optimize campaigns across multiple channels in France and across Europe, focusing on acquisition, performance, and growth. The role involves managing campaigns, conducting data analysis, collaborating with design, analytics, and content teams, and testing new acquisition channels.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, specifically on the web and mobile.
• Solid experience in optimization of performance-oriented campaigns (LTV:CAC ratio).
• Proficiency in data analysis at the campaign level and A/B testing.
• Strong creative and collaborative skills with design teams.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Fluency in French and knowledge of other European languages (Italian, Spanish, Polish, etc.) are a plus.
