Role Overview

Reporting to the CFO, the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a hands-on, builder-oriented finance leader responsible for establishing and scaling the company’s FP&A function. This role will design and implement best-in-class planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, while serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership and private equity sponsors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with a strong emphasis on FP&A leadership
  • Demonstrated experience building or significantly transforming an FP&A function or finance infrastructure
  • Experience in private equity–backed, high-growth, or transformation environments strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a hands-on capacity
