We are hiring a Field Marketing Manager to partner closely with our events and sales teams to deliver high-impact programs that generate pipeline, create sales opportunities, and deepen customer relationships.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing
- Proven experience supporting or executing events tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with sales and marketing partners
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding what drives rep engagement and event success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing vendors, venues, and event tools/platforms
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement
