About the role

We are looking for a Director of Sales Operations to join our fast-growing Revenue team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our sales process, improve sales performance, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and execution of our go-to-market strategy.

Key responsibilities:

– Develop and manage the sales operations strategy, including sales process, territory planning, and sales forecasting.
– Optimize the sales funnel and identify areas for improvement in sales productivity and efficiency.
– Manage and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce) and other sales tools, ensuring data integrity and adoption.
– Collaborate with sales leadership to develop sales targets, quotas, and compensation plans.
– Analyze sales performance data and provide insights and recommendations to sales leadership.
– Develop and deliver sales training and enablement programs.
– Manage the sales enablement tech stack, including CRM, sales engagement platforms, and other relevant tools.
– Partner with marketing to ensure seamless lead management and qualification processes.
– Oversee the sales forecasting process and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales operations function.

What we are looking for:

– Proven experience in a Sales Operations leadership role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
– Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
– Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Bonus points:

– Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management.
– Experience in developing and implementing sales compensation plans.
