As a GTM Strategy Operations Manager at Spendesk, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our go-to-market processes, ensuring seamless execution and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement GTM strategies in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Manage and optimize our CRM (Salesforce) and other GTM tools.
- Analyze GTM performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage sales enablement programs and resources.
- Streamline sales operations processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign execution and lead management.
- Onboard and train new sales team members on processes and tools.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within our GTM systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a GTM Strategy, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations role.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Seismic).
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
