Revenue Operations Specialist

Spendesk is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales and marketing teams by ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our revenue-generating processes and systems.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and optimize our CRM (HubSpot) and other sales technology stack.
• Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance.
• Streamline and improve sales processes, including lead management, opportunity management, and forecasting.
• Support the sales team with data analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure alignment across the customer lifecycle.
• Assist in the implementation and management of new sales tools and technologies.
• Ensure data integrity within our sales systems.
• Provide training and support to the sales team on system usage and best practices.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
