We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join Spendesk!

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).

Your mission:

  • Support the Head of Revenue Operations in the definition and implementation of our commercial processes and tools.
  • Manage and optimize our CRM (Salesforce) and other revenue-related tools (e.g., HubSpot, PandaDoc, Gong).
  • Ensure data quality and integrity within our systems.
  • Create dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for our commercial teams.
  • Assist in the automation of workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand their needs and provide technical and operational support.
  • Contribute to the onboarding and training of new users on our tools and processes.
  • Participate in projects related to CRM migration and optimization.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Experience with marketing automation and sales engagement tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Fluency in English.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience in a fast-growing SaaS company.
