We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join Spendesk!
As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
Your mission:
- Support the Head of Revenue Operations in the definition and implementation of our commercial processes and tools.
- Manage and optimize our CRM (Salesforce) and other revenue-related tools (e.g., HubSpot, PandaDoc, Gong).
- Ensure data quality and integrity within our systems.
- Create dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for our commercial teams.
- Assist in the automation of workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand their needs and provide technical and operational support.
- Contribute to the onboarding and training of new users on our tools and processes.
- Participate in projects related to CRM migration and optimization.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
- Experience with marketing automation and sales engagement tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Fluency in English.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in a fast-growing SaaS company.
