Revenue Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team at Spendesk. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our revenue generation processes. Your key responsibilities will include managing and improving our CRM system, developing reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of our go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain and enhance the CRM platform (Salesforce) ensuring data integrity and usability.
* Develop and automate reporting and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the revenue teams.
* Support the implementation and management of sales and marketing automation tools.
* Analyze sales processes and identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
* Assist in the forecasting process and revenue planning.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on processes and data requirements.
* Provide training and support to the sales and marketing teams on new tools and processes.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
* Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
* Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
