Senior Sales Operations Coordinator

What will you work on?

• Lead in providing support for all sample and mock-up packaging requirements
• Organize tracking numbers for show shipments
• Support with Shipping requirements for the shows
• Organize and keep the FEP sample listing updated for international markets
• Support Trade Show Project Manager with prop and display plexi ordering and organization
• Support Trade Show Project Manager with budget tracking and reconciliation
• Support Trade Show Manager with liaising with all stakeholders and vendors for large and smaller shows, including information gathering, spec confirmation, approvals etc.
• Assist Trade Show Project Manager in managing inventory and location of pop-up displays, props and furniture for various shows as they travel, as well as anything in LIC office for showrooms
• Work alongside the Trade Show team in packing and shipping of prototypes and showroom elements for upcoming shows.
• Liaise with various internal teams on planning, sourcing and gallery execution for all relevant showrooms and trade shows
• Oversee and direct LIC showroom assistants for set up, and dismantle
• Help support Trade Show Project manager in Games NYTF booth set up and teardown needs
• Responsible with all tasks and responsibilities pertaining to LIC Showroom and Trade Marketing storage room management.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to organize criteria forms, information and assets for virtual 3D environments
• Managing and scheduling filming, run sheets, and scheduling for online fairs and webinars for virtual events (production assistant

What are your skills and experience?

• 1+ years’ experience coordinating and assisting in trade shows and or events
• Customer Service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong and forward thinking problem solving skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple competing demands
• A focus on process improvement
• Customer service orientation
• Strong ability to adapt to change in a fast-growing environment
• Strong ability to effectively track budgets
• Intermediate Skills with Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Intermediate skills with Adobe – PhotoShop, Illustrator PDF
• Eager and able to learn new interfaces –SAP, Fiori etc.
