Requirements
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, lead generation)
- Identify and develop opportunities for environmental analytical testing and laboratory services
- Qualify leads based on sampling requirements, project scope, turnaround times (TAT), and current laboratory service providers
- Communicate laboratory capabilities, analytical methods (EPA, ASTM), QA/QC standards, and data reporting deliverables
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, passing qualified sales opportunities and leads to Account Executives
- Maintain accurate tracking of sales activity, pipeline, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce CRM or similar systems
- Collaborate with laboratory operations, project managers, and technical teams to align on testing capabilities, capacity, and service offerings
