This role involves forecasting, operational excellence, data-driven decision making, and leading technical operations. The company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive significant business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple executive-level stakeholders and navigate competing priorities.
- Rock-solid foundation in project management and a history of leading projects.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, numerical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in Salesforce.com.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Gong is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
