People Operations Manager

Sprig is building the AI-native successor to legacy survey tools, like Qualtrics, Medallia, and SurveyMonkey. We are creating a future where AI uncovers insights, accelerates workflows, and enables teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences in real-time. As a People Operations Manager, you will help build and scale the people infrastructure behind a fast-growing company.

Requirements

  • Early career HR generalist experience: 4-6 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or HR generalist roles within a growing company.
  • Strong operational instincts: You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple processes and priorities simultaneously.
  • Employee-focused mindset: You care about creating thoughtful employee experiences and supporting teams with clarity and consistency while operating to minimize risk to the company.
  • Strong communication skills: Able to work effectively with employees, managers, and leadership on people-related questions and processes.
  • Judgment and discretion: Comfortable handling highly sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Startup adaptability: You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where processes evolve and ownership is shared.
  • Execution-focused: You enjoy building structure, improving processes, and ensuring important operational details don’t slip through the cracks.
