About the Role
As the Manager of Revenue Operations (RevOps), you will play a collaborative role in driving revenue growth and optimizing strategies as Sprig scales. You will oversee salesops and revops systems and work directly with the Head of Sales to drive efficiency as we scale lean. You will collaborate with marketing and ad operations to streamline processes and maximize revenue generation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce, sales outbound, sales inbound, lead generation, systems, strategy, deal desk, CPQ, AI tools, and automation strategies.
This role is based in-office in San Francisco or New York with the flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days per week.
Your Impact
- Revenue Strategy Development: Collaborate with Head of Sales to develop and execute revenue optimization strategies aligned with company goals. Assess effectiveness of sales methodologies and support our sales expansion and ICP strategy.
- CRM Management: Manage and optimize our CRM platform to streamline sales processes, track KPIs and drive desired behaviors.
- Forecasting: Develop forecast motion within our CRM that covers pipeline generation and closed won revenue.
- Revenue Analytics: Analyze performance metrics, identify revenue opportunities, and optimize monetization strategies. Manage Account Plan plays and Mutual Success Plan plays and closely track health of account cohorts moving through our pipeline.
- Process Development: Build mechanisms and infrastructure to facilitate growth. Stay on top of digital transformation and AI tooling evolution to stay at the cutting edge.
- Strategic collaboration: Develop new mechanisms to address emerging strategic priorities, partnering with the cross-functional teams that play key roles in our sales engagements.
- Sales compensation: Collaborate with Head of Sales and Finance on compensation models and spiffs for sales to drive specific behaviors.
Your Strengths
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations.
- High proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ experience is a plus.
- Systems and tooling experience for sales outreach, outbound, and inbound routing.
- Sales forecasting experience and proficiency in revenue analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leveraging tools to grow lean.

Employee Pay Disclosure
The salary range for this full-time position is $140,000 – $170,000 OTE + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
