About the Role:

Our SaaS startup is seeking a Sr. Manager, Go-to-Market Operations who will be responsible for overseeing all sales and marketing operations, including tooling, commission, Salesforce management, territory assignments, Hubspot, database management, and more. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building, scaling, and optimizing operations for SaaS businesses, as well as a deep understanding of sales and marketing funnel metrics and KPIs. This role is based in office in San Francisco or New York with flexibility to work remote 1-2 days per week.

Your Impact

  • Manage and optimize our sales and marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and other tools to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement commission structures and sales incentive programs that align with our revenue goals and sales strategy.
  • Own the sales and marketing analytics and reporting infrastructure to enable data-driven decision making.
  • Partner closely with the sales and marketing leadership teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans and campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain our sales and marketing databases, including account and contact data, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
  • Manage and optimize territory assignments to ensure that our sales team is effectively covering our target markets and segments.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations and payouts.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the organization.
  • Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to execute on the go-to-market operations strategy.

Your Strengths

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in sales or marketing operations, preferably in a high growth SaaS business.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce administration and management.
  • Experience with Hubspot and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with commission and incentive plan design and administration.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of operations professionals.

Employee Pay Disclosure

The base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 -$180,000 + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
