Role Overview: As a GTM Engineer at Spring Drive, you will play a pivotal role in delivering results for clients. This position requires a deeply intelligent and strategic individual who can represent our brand using their LinkedIn profile, thoughtfully execute campaign strategies, deliver high-quality pipeline for clients, and manage ongoing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Brand Representation:
- Utilize your LinkedIn profile to represent Spring Drive’s brand.
- Serve as a key voice for the company on social media, ensuring our brand is visible and engaging by representing the agency via your profile and posting content 5 days per week.
- Campaign Building, GTM Engineering, Execution, and Management:
- Follow Messaging Strategy SOPs on campaign building process
- Contributing to campaign strategy ideation and client success
- Training and prompting LLMs to conduct agentic research
- Build unique lists for campaigns from databases and custom scraping
- Run enrichments at scale for unique segmentation, personalization, and data validation with Clay
- Use Creative GTM Engineering to build signal-based trigger campaigns
- Setup Campaigns effectively and monitor them
- Creating revenue operations systems to use 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data tools to create evergreen workflows
- Develop and optimize multi-step outreach sequences to engage prospects at scale
- Use A/B testing to refine messaging, troubleshoot low-performing campaigns, continually improving ROI and conversion rates
- Crafting quality copy variants for campaigns
- Build campaigns across both Email & LinkedIn platforms
- Other related activities as reasonably required to for client success
- Managing the inbox to book meetings and conduct lead handover

Required Criteria:
- 6+ Months experience with Clay
- Experience building outbound email campaigns
- Basic understanding of email deliverability best practices
- Willingness to use your LinkedIn profile as directed to commit to the Spring Drive brand
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
- Ability to communicate efficiently and promptly with the team
- Attention to detail, care for work quality, and organization – you must be meticulous
- Ability to follow instructions thoroughly
