Senior Data Analyst, Customer Value

At Spring Health, we’re on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by removing every barrier that prevents people from getting the help they need, when they need it. We’re hiring a Senior Data Analyst to work with the Customer Value product team to build out the metric tree that shows the north star metrics that the team drives, and the component metrics that provide visibility into the drivers and influences that they should be focused on to do root cause analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of working experience working with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools
• Experience working with product and/or finance analytics
• Strong in SQL, and have used dbt or similar data transformation tools
• Experience working with Looker or other similar data visualization tools (Hex, Tableau, Omni, etc), both creating the data model and building dashboards
• Good communication skills, are comfortable explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience, and are comfortable working independently with executive level team members
