Software Engineer II, Member Growth, Retention

We have raised capital from prominent investors and are seeking a Software Engineer II to join our highly experimental growth pod focused on improving member retention.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in software development with a focus on full-stack development
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Ruby on Rails, Typescript, React
  • Proven ability to independently lead the delivery of complex technical projects
  • Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience designing scalable, maintainable system architecture
  • Familiarity with observability and experimentation tools such as Datadog, LaunchDarkly, Sentry, Mixpanel, and Iterable
  • Experience designing and maintaining GraphQL APIs
  • Experience in mentoring and providing technical guidance to other engineers
