Sprinto is seeking a visionary Marketing Operations & Automation Leader to own and scale their global marketing operations. This role combines marketing strategy, operations, and advanced automation, building a world-class revenue engine using AI-first thinking. The position focuses on designing and managing automated growth stacks, building intelligent systems, and driving pipeline growth while maintaining alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or marketing technology leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM and the broader GTM tech ecosystem.
- Proven track record of designing and managing end-to-end lead management processes.
- Strong hands-on experience with automation platforms (n8n, Pebbly, Zapier, Pabbly) and no-code orchestration.
- Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, RAG pipelines, or similar LLM frameworks for marketing optimization.
- Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and JSON to enable custom integrations.
- Significant experience operating in global B2B SaaS environments.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS marketing funnels, lifecycle management, and sales alignment.
- Bonus: Experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or deploying AI agents for marketing use cases.
