Job Overview

To drive commercial strategy for BPO and digital transformation solutions within Singapore’s client target market. This role is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market plans that align with company growth objectives, build brand presence, and secure new business.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution — understanding both B2B enterprise sales and the unique compliance, digital, and customer experience needs of financial clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement GTM strategies for new and existing BPO and digital process automation solutions across banking and financial services segments.
  • Identify high-potential market opportunities and create tailored value propositions for key client verticals (e.g. retail banking, wealth management, payments, operations).
  • Work closely with leadership to define annual growth targets, pricing models, and market entry strategies.

2. Market Intelligence & Positioning

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends in outsourcing, digital transformation, and fintech collaboration.
  • Translate insights into actionable GTM recommendations and sales enablement materials.
  • Refine SPS Global’s positioning as a strategic outsourcing partner that enhances efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Solutions, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure GTM plans are aligned and executable.
  • Support bid management and RFP responses with compelling commercial narratives and differentiators.
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure service offerings match market demand and client expectations.

4. Sales Enablement & Pipeline Growth

  • Design go-to-market toolkits and sales collateral to support business development and account management teams.
  • Collaborate with client partners to create pitch decks, case studies, and solution roadmaps for financial institutions.
  • Track performance metrics, conversion rates, and ROI on GTM campaigns to optimize future initiatives.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the Company’s business presence within the Government, Healthcare, and Education sectors in Singapore and the region.

5. Brand & Partnership Development

  • Strengthen SPS Global’s brand visibility in Singapore through events, conferences, and digital channels.
  • Identify partnership opportunities with technology providers, fintechs, and industry associations to enhance solution offerings.
  • Support client communication plans to reinforce trust and long-term engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, business development, or marketing within BPO, banking, fintech, or consulting. Strong experience and knowledge with clients in target market clientele – Education, Health, Government institutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore financial services landscape and regulatory environment.
  • Proven success in launching new services, campaigns, or market expansions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data-driven insights for decision-making.
