SQLI, a leading European customer experience and digital transformation leader, is seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team. The role involves managing existing accounts and developing new clients, with targeted prospecting, in a logic of consultation and sustainable partnership. The Key Account Manager will report to the commercial director and be responsible for the development of the Luxury perimeter, intervening on the entire sales cycle, in close collaboration with the sales and delivery teams.
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Higher education (business school, engineering school or university)
- Confirmed experience in Account Management or commercial development within an ESN, consulting firm or digital integrator
- Proven practice in managing and developing major accounts, ideally in complex environments
- Good mastery of selling digital solutions (forfait, T&M, long-term devices)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, business sense and ability to inscribe the client relationship in the long term
- Ability to evolve in demanding environments, with a high sensitivity to brand issues, storytelling, operational excellence and confidentiality
- High autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to work in an ecosystem with offshore teams
- Comfortable with long sales cycles
- Ability to structure a vision account
