Sr Data Analyst-2 at Target, working with business teams, identifying metrics, and building reporting solutions. Conducting analysis, answering ad-hoc questions, and collaborating with teams.

Requirements

• B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent experience
• 4 + years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in analytics / data science
• Excellent SQL skills
• Experience with Digital Analytics space
• Exposure to R, Python, Hive, or other open source languages
• Big data experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in A/B test
• Experience in Adobe analytics
• Understanding of foundational mathematics and statistics
• Conceptual understanding of analytical techniques like Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Time-series models, Classification Techniques, etc.
