Sr. Director of Revenue Operations

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Director of Revenue Operations to lead our growing RevOps team. In this role, you’ll oversee cross-functional strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and help drive revenue growth across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the RevOps team across GTM systems, analytics, enablement, and process optimization.
  • Establish and refine revenue performance metrics, dashboards, and actionable insight frameworks.
  • Partner with Sales, CS, and Marketing leadership to drive forecasting, pipeline development, and territory planning.
  • Architect and evolve key GTM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) to support scale and automation.
  • Own the end-to-end lead-to-cash lifecycle and optimize conversion rates and funnel performance.
  • Champion operational alignment and accountability between GTM functions through OKRs and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of total experience with 5+ in Revenue/GTM Operations leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading RevOps in a SaaS or B2B organization.
  • Extensive experience with sales tech & analytics stacks such as Salesforce, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management ability.
  • Proven success enabling scalable revenue growth through operational rigor and insights.
