Sr. Financial Analyst, Budgeting and Estimating

The Senior Financial Analyst, Budgeting and Estimating is responsible for building detailed budgets, preparing and presenting cost scenarios, and coordinating essential components of the film incentive process. This role supports productions and internal stakeholders by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of budgeting materials.

Requirements

• Experience in film budgeting and estimating
• 4+ years experience in Production Finance at a major studio and/or in freelance accounting for film industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Payroll Accounting Software (SmartAccounting, PSL+), Movie Magic Budgeting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-organized with strict attention to detail
• Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team environments
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities under tight deadlines
• Integrity in working with and maintaining confidential information
• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting
