We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Sales Operations to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of sales processes, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to manage and improve sales operations workflows. This role is critical in enabling our sales team to perform at its peak efficiency and help scale our growth effectively.
- Develop and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
- Analyze sales data to drive insights and strategic recommendations.
- Implement and optimize CRM systems and related sales tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
- Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks or inefficiencies within current sales processes.
- Establish key performance metrics and dashboards to track business success.
- Train and onboard new sales team members on operational best practices.
- Ensure data integrity and standardized reporting across the sales organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tech stacks.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of process improvement and operational excellence within a high-growth environment.
