About the Role
The Delivery Commercial Operations (DCO) team is a critical part of our global Delivery business and central to its scale and continued success. The team’s mission is focused on enabling the broader sales ecosystem with tools and data, delivering performance-optimized processes and programs, and supporting commercial strategy and planning programs.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience maximizing sales performance by structuring complex data into business insights, systematizing sales processes and tool capabilities, supporting commercial planning, and managing internal stakeholders cross-functionally in a fast-paced, worldwide organization. This role provides high visibility and will partner with global leadership, sales operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders across Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Strategy teams.
What you will do
- Support operating cadence for strategic decision-making through weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
- Scope, develop and maintain reporting effectively supporting core KPIs and business health of our global Sales & Account Management teams
- Provide support in building sales territories in partnership with Sales Ops Planning and Strategy Teams
- Develop recommendations based on analysis, interpreting large data sets using a variety of tools and methods to better understand drivers of Sales productivity and performance
- Partner with Analytics, BI, and Systems teams to develop new tech and process enhancements, or streamline existing processes for scale and growth
- Act as a thought partner with Sales and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Strategy, Finance, Enablement, etc) to identify pain points and develop scalable solutions
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in Sales Strategy & Operations, Business Intelligence, Finance and/or Management Consulting
- Intermediate or above proficiency in: Excel/Sheets and SQL
- BA/BS degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Tableau, Salesforce, Mode, Mapbox, Snowflake, or other visualization and CRM tools
- Self-starter with superior attention to detail, project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and people skills, with demonstrated ability to partner effectively across different functions and levels of the org
- Understanding of sales cycle and sales methodology
