Role Overview
SRS Acquiom is recruiting a Sales Operations Associate to join our Global Business Development team. The role of the Sales Ops Associate is to support Business Development team members, primarily by completing administrative duties, tracking metrics, and completing ad hoc projects.
What You Will Do
This individual will assist with client outreach strategies, provide targeted analysis of sales data and prospective clients, and assist the team in enhancing client relationships and ultimately generating additional revenue.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales support/client service, analytical capacity, and experience with Salesforce and NetSuite.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in sales support/client service
- 3+ years’ experience in an analytical capacity
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
