Staff Software Engineer, Data Platform

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer with battle-tested experience building ETL pipelines at massive scale to own our toughest backend and data plumbing challenges. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated experience in software engineering, leadership maturity and a deep understanding of engineering infrastructure.

Requirements

• Staff Software Engineer with 8+ years of rigorous software or data engineering experience
• Deep knowledge of Clojure and the JVM
• Proven track record operating at a Staff or Principal level
• Experience designing high-volume ETL/ELT pipelines at massive scale
• Expertise in structuring data lakes through Raw/Bronze, Cleansed/Silver, and Curated/Gold layers
• Extensive experience operating cloud data warehouses, streaming infrastructure, and processing frameworks
