Frontend Solutions Engineer (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Frontend Solutions Engineer to strengthen our growing Customer-Care-Teams. This individual contributor role is at the intersection of Design, Frontend Technology, and Customer Advisory and plays a central role in promoting customer acceptance, product usage, and long-term success.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in Frontend Development, Web Design, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or similar practical SaaS experience
• Study in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Web Engineering, or a comparable practical background
• Verifiable experience in working with Enterprise customers and cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Consultants, System Integrators)
• Successful participation in or leadership of complex, deadline-driven technical projects
• Very good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, as well as practical experience with React and modern Frontend environments
• Basic knowledge of Tailwind CSS and component-based design systems
• Secure handling of tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Miro, or comparable applications
• Deep understanding of design and ability to solve complex visual and UX challenges across platforms
• Structured, proactive, and quality-oriented way of working, as well as team skills, curiosity, and enthusiasm for continuous learning and collaboration
• Strong focus on accessibility (WCAG) and usability principles
• Experience with JSON, XML, and API-based, data-driven Frontend architectures
• Verifiable German and English language skills and the ability to explain complex technical content to diverse target groups in a comprehensible manner
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
