We are looking for a Frontend Solutions Engineer to strengthen our growing Customer-Care-Team.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in Frontend Development, Web Design, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or comparable practical SaaS experience
- Experience in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Web Engineering
- Technical Contact Person in the Design area for Enterprise Customers and central Stakeholders
- Translating business and technical requirements into UI/UX-, Styling- and Frontend-Customization-Solutions, in line with the product’s best practices
- Supporting customers in creating modern, barrier-free, and brand-compliant applications – using Staffbase Configurations, individual Frontend Techniques and AI-supported functions
- Creating mockups, prototypes and design concepts for decision-making
- Designing and accompanying Frontend Implementations with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON and modern frameworks (e.g. REST APIs, React Environment)
- Providing expert advice on theming, custom CSS, layout strategies, as well as component- and widget-based architectures
- Responsibility for design-driven implementations throughout the onboarding process and customer lifecycle
- Close cooperation with Technical Support Engineers, Onboarding Specialists and Customer Care Agents on complex customer projects
- Identifying technical risks, edge cases, and scalability issues to prevent recurring problems
- Leading customer workshops with Design, Frontend, and Technical Teams and defining implementation roadmaps
- Tight collaboration with Product Designers, UX Researchers, Frontend Engineers, and Customer Success Managers
- Structured customer feedback in product discussions to influence roadmap priorities and usability improvements
- Developing internal processes, documentation, and best practices with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Acting as a Staffbase Product Expert with a strong service mindset
