Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative DACH at Staffbase, you will play a critical role in developing our sales funnel. You will qualify enterprise leads, execute outbound campaigns, and work closely with sales and marketing executives to drive pipeline.

- A problem-solving approach while thinking both creative and analytical
- Great organizational, time management and relationship building skills
- Motivation to grow both personally and professionally
- A team player who loves celebrating successes together
- Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter and more efficiently in day-to-day sales activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
- Business Fluent English language skills
- Fluency in a third language such as French, Spanish, or Italian is a strong plus
