Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative DACH at Staffbase, you will play a critical role in developing our sales funnel. You will qualify enterprise leads, execute outbound campaigns, and work closely with sales and marketing executives to drive pipeline in a sustainable way.

Qualify enterprise leads, execute effective outbound campaigns, apply consultative sales methodologies, and use selling skills to set up qualified appointments.

Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in a B2B or B2C sales role
- University degree or professional training in the area of business administration/economics/communication
- Curiosity about the topic of employee communication
- Strong outbound, research, and pitching skills
- A problem-solving approach while thinking both creative and analytical
- Great organizational, time management, and relationship building skills
- Motivation to grow both personally and professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
- Business Fluent English language skills
- Fluency in a third language such as French, Spanish, or Italian is a strong plus
