DIGWAY is looking for a Business and Digital Operations (BizOps) Trainee to play a role of conductor on three pillars: optimization and architecture of the CRM, technological vigilance and innovation, and automation and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Digital Transformation, or related field
- Appetite for ‘tooling’: love digging into a software’s parameters to understand how it works
- Analytical mind: translate an oral business need into a logical and structured process
- Curiosity and Vigilance: always on the lookout for the latest Chrome extension or AI tool that saves time
- Pedagogy: explain complex things simply to end-users
