Stagiaire Business & Digital Operations (BizOps)

DIGWAY is looking for a Business and Digital Operations (BizOps) Trainee to play a role of conductor on three pillars: optimization and architecture of the CRM, technological vigilance and innovation, and automation and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Digital Transformation, or related field
• Appetite for ‘tooling’: love digging into a software’s parameters to understand how it works
• Analytical mind: translate an oral business need into a logical and structured process
• Curiosity and Vigilance: always on the lookout for the latest Chrome extension or AI tool that saves time
• Pedagogy: explain complex things simply to end-users
