Job Title

As a GTM Engineer at Stainless, you will build cross-functional technical systems, dashboards, workflows, AI pipelines, campaigns, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and GTM teams to turn business opportunity into real customer impact.

Requirements

Triage and prioritize signups using data, enrichment, and automation
Design and build pipelines for outbound outreach and SEO-driven content
Personalize workflows with AI, tailored messaging, smart sequencing, SDK examples
Ship internal dashboard/alert systems to surface customer behavior or quality signals
Talk to customers regularly, debug usage issues, and feed insights back to roadmap
Build scripts, bots, or platforms to streamline GTM processes
